TARRASCH07

TARRASCH 07 is a liquid, colourable insulation material based on GWR nanotechnology with special properties that can be applied like paint. It is a unique solution worldwide with an outstanding professional, development, and testing background. Its use significantly reduces material and human resources costs, and greatly enhances the stability of projects thanks to the speed of installation. As a result of these features, it directly and significantly impacts project costs; that is, it directly increases the profit generated by the customer.

TARRASCH07, with a thickness of 1.5 mm (1 mm after drying), is equivalent to 10 cm of traditional polystyrene insulation at -3 °C, which equates to an energy savings of 9%. In colder temperatures, GWR insulation is equivalent to even thicker polystyrene insulation.

UNIQUE FEATURES IN CONSTRUCTION & LOGISTICS

  • Easy to transport thanks to the 20-litre bucket (20 sqm).
  • Depending on the height, it can be applied using the alpine technique, or with a truck with a lifting device; no scaffolding required.
  • No preparatory work is required, apart from a thorough cleaning of the surface to be insulated. It can be applied directly to the surface to be insulated and retains the structure of the surface (e.g., after insulating a rubbed mortar/plaster, it does not change the structure of the surface).
  • Its application is very quick and clean; a team of 3 people can apply 300-600 m2 of insulation in a single workday.
  • Water-repellent, washable, can be painted and wallpapered afterwards, and due to its extremely strong adhesion, it can even support plinths/footings.
  • Completely eliminates thermal bridging (e.g., by making 1 cm turns on window frames, thermal bridging is eliminated, the finished surface is completely homogeneous, so there are no seams where air can pass through).

Tarrasch Flex is an improved, flexible version of the Tarrasch07, an insulation material based on GWR Nano technology, which provides for easier, more flexible use while retaining outstanding insulation values and properties. The product is in the final testing phase, its professional data and conditions are expected to be finalised by June 1, 2021.

Tarrasch Fire is an improved version of Tarrasch07, an insulation material based on GWR Nano technology, with extreme heat-resistant properties, which is suitable for use in special areas, while retaining outstanding insulation values and properties. The product is in the final testing phase, its professional data and conditions are expected to be finalised by September 1, 2021.
